These sequences provided was originated from anaerobic digestion system using polylactic acid plastic as sole carbon source. The initial anaerobic digestion inoculum was obtained from a municipal sludge anaerobic digestion treatment plant. And 146-day anaerobic digestion experiment of PLA plastics at mesophilic and thermophilic anaerobic condition were conducted. At the end of experiments, the digestate were collected and subjected to high throughput 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis.
