In order to explore the mycovirus infecting Fusarium oxysporum associated with Fusarium wilt of watermelon, the metatranscriptomic sequencing was conducted. the sequences submitted were the sequences of Fusarium oxysporum and the correlated viruses. All the Fusarium oxysporum isolates were collected from the Fusarium wilt watermelon accross the main watermelon cultivation areas.
