This repository contains two types of data: 1. Genome assembly and annotation files of the Funaria hygrometrica Zurich and UConn accessions: Genome_ass_annot.zip 2. It also contains all associated supplementary tables and figures. Supp_Tables_and_Figures.zip Detailed descriptions of the files and their content is provided in the README file.
