This dataset is a simplified large-scale traffic simulation based on the real-world Interstate 696 (I-696), designed to test the performance of autonomous vehicles (AVs) and human-driven vehicles under complex traffic conditions. This I-696 merging scenario can accommodate up to 30 controlled autonomous vehicles, and adopts the same traffic inflow rate as the simple merging scenario. In terms of scale, the main highway stretches 3131 meters, the merging section is 1878.56 meters long, and the traffic flow is 2000 vehicles per hour. The task objective is to use multi-agent driving strategies to reduce traffic congestion.
