资源简介:
In this study, we identified the characteristics of gut microbiota in MM patients by microbiome and metabolome analysis, and isolated Clostridium butyricum from healthy people. We found that Clostridium butyricum can reduce systemic inflammation in MM mice. The most important thing is to inhibit the differentiation and migration of intestinal Th17 cells, regulate the immune microenvironment of bone marrow and restore the balance of bone metabolism. At the same time, butyrate can also inhibit the PI3K-AKT pathway and promote the apoptosis of MM cells. These results provide a theoretical basis for the clinical development of Clostridium butyricum and related preparations.
