After continuous in vitro induction of resistance to BMS-303141 and screening for drug-resistant strains using the micro-broth dilution method, monoclonal cells were selected and subcultured five times on non-resistant TSB plates. The genus was then confirmed by analyzing monoclonal colonies via MALDI-TOF MS, successfully obtaining a BMS-303141-resistant Staphylococcus aureus strain. Whole-genome sequencing was performed on the induced resistant strain.
