The Digital Chain Dataset of Pollutant Discharge Permit for the Sanitation Management Industry comprises simulated filling documents formulated in compliance with the technical specifications for pollutant discharge permits applicable to the sanitation management industry. The dataset includes two subsets: records of correctly simulated filling and records of erroneously simulated filling for the sanitation management industry. Its content covers core documents such as basic information, production units, names of production facilities and processes of production lines, names of pollution-generating links, permitted emission limits, and other relevant materials. After undergoing data cleaning and annotation, this dataset is utilized for training intelligent algorithm models, which can rapidly identify erroneous links in users' filling submissions. For correctly filled submissions, the model is required to output a result of 0 errors to meet the recognition target. The work efficiency is improved by 1000% to 1500% compared with manual operations. Additionally, the dataset can serve as a standard filling template as a supplementary document to national regulatory norms. Applied in the "Intelligent Information Management System for Pollutant Discharge Permit" and the "Comprehensive Enterprise Environmental Digital Management System", this dataset greatly enhances the efficiency and quality of pollutant discharge permit issuance work carried out by ecological environment bureaus, while also improving the execution quality and filling efficiency of enterprises' pollutant discharge permit management.
