ASTRA is a manually curated database integrating uniformly processed bulk RNA-seq datasets of human cell lines exposed to oxidative stress, hypoxia, heat shock and DNA damage. It provides standardized mRNA and long noncoding RNA expression profiles, differential expression results and detailed study and sample metadata for cross-study comparison and exploration of cellular stress responses.
