This is the report of the Committee appointed at the inaugural meeting of the Captain Cook Bi-Centenary Celebrations Citizens' Committee to organise the decorations for the streets and parks of the city of Sydney. The Chairman, Mr G.N. Nock, was appointed on 16 August 1968, and the inaugural meeting of the Committee was held on 19 November 1968. The final meeting of the Committee was held on 20 May 1970.
