This RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) study aims to investigate the transcriptional changes induced by PHLDB2 knockdown in the SCC1 head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) cell line. The experiment compares two groups: 1.Control siRNA group (transfected with non-targeting siRNA); 2.PHLDB2 siRNA group (transiently transfected with siRNA targeting PHLDB2).
