Real-world Efficacy of Oral Upadacitinib for Vitiligo and Factors Associated with Treatment Response: A Retrospective Study

Real-world data regarding the effectiveness and safety of upadacitinib in the treatment of vitiligo remain limited. To evaluate the efficacy and safety profile of upadacitinib for vitiligo and investigate clinical factors associated with therapeutic response. A retrospective cohort study was conducted in vitiligo patients who had received oral upadacitinib for at least 3 months. Efficacy was assessed based on the Vitiligo Area Scoring Index (VASI). Treatment-emergent adverse events were recorded throughout the treatment period. Multivariate regression analysis explored the link between response and clinical factors.
