Functional annotation and olfactory gene families in <i>Macrobrachium rosenbergii </i>based on full-length transcripts

<i>Macrobrachium rosenbergii</i> full-length transcripts were annotated based on the NT (NCBI nucleotide sequences) , NR (NCBI non-redundant protein sequences), KOG (euKaryotic Ortholog Groups), Swiss-Prot (a manually annotated and reviewed protein sequence), KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes) , Pfam (Protein family) and (Gene Ontology) databases. Candidate olfactory gene families were identified based on the <i>M. rosenbergii</i> full-length transcripts, including olfactory receptor (ORs), ionotropic glutamate receptors (IGluRs) and chemosensory receptors (<i>CR</i>s).
