microRNA expression in the prefrontal cortex, nucleus accumbens, and peripheral blood serum of adult male rats following heroin self-administration

We report the microRNAs differentially expressed in the prefrontal cortex, nucleus accumbens, or serum exosomes of adult male rats that self-administered 0.075 mg/kg/infusion of heroin for 10 days in 6 hour daily sessions.
