Endometrial Carcinoma: Preoperative Nomogram for Risk Stratification

The data supporting this article were derived from a de-identified clinical dataset retrospectively collected from the medical records of Yangming Hospital Affiliated to Ningbo University (2016–2025), consisting of clinical, imaging, and pathological data. The complete data repository is organized into three components: 1) An Excel workbook collection (.xlsx) comprising Raw_Data.xlsx and Excluded_Data.xlsx; 2)An R (4.3.3) script collection including Kappa_1.R, Kappa_2.R, Kappa_3.R, LASSO.R, and Model.R, along with their corresponding input CSV files; 3) A figure collection that includes Graphical_abstract.tif, Figure_1.tif, Figure_2.tif, Figure_3.tif, and Supplementary_Figure_1.tif.
