Dataset and R code of the manuscript "Individual repeatability of seed retention time and activity level in a Neotropical thrush: Does personality influence seed dispersal quality?"

We assessed the individual consistency in the retention time of seeds in the guts of the Pale-breasted Thrush (Turdus leucomelas) and investigated whether individual activity levels, as a personality trait, affect seed retention time.The dataset contains the following columns:fruit: a factor describigin the fruit species, namely "Psychotria_anceps" or "Solanum_americanum"replicate: replicate number (1 to 6)hour: the hour of the day each experiment was carried out (in minutes, e.g. 480 corresponds to 0800 a.m.)id: a number corresponding to the identity of the individualsstrime: seed retention time, in secondsmode: a factor describigin the mode of seed elimination, namely "Regurgitated" or "Defecated"leaps: number of leaps each bird performed while retaining the seeds, further converted to a leap rate (leaps per minute by dividing the number of leaps by the seed retention time) to assess bird activity level
