Ovary transcriptomes in full-engorged and partial-engorged adult Haemaphysalis flava

The Ovary transcriptome of fully engorged (FET) and partially engorged (PET) H. flava were performed using high-throughput RNA sequencing technology. This study was the first time to perform the transcriptome sequences of ovary of PET and FET of H. flava. The results can benefit for understanding the molecular basis of ovary maturation and oogenesis of the H. flava and boost the development of the strategies for control H. flava.
