Late Pliocene orbitally-tuned age models, benthic stable isotopes, composite sections, UK'37, C37 alkenone concentration, weight percent calcium carbonate, enhanced benthic foraminiferal oxygen index, and counts of benthic foraminifera, from ODP Leg 145 Site 883 and 887 from approximately 3.4 to 2.6 million years ago and compiled benthic stable carbon isotope data from the MPWP from 28 DSDP/ODP/IODP drilling sites. Also includes example code for the bootstrapping procedure used to estimate uncertainties in the stacked stable carbon isotope values.
