IPerkowska/NAT_miRNA_like: Data and scripts for DOXC21-A NAT small RNA study (BMC Genomics submission)
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains datasets and custom scripts generated and used in the study: Perkowska et al., “Integrated in silico and experimental analysis of a stress-responsive DOXC21-A natural antisense transcript suggests small RNA-associated regulation in Arabidopsis thaliana.” The deposited materials support the computational analyses of the natural antisense transcript (NAT; AT3G19002) overlapping DOXC21-A (AT3G19000) in Arabidopsis thaliana. The repository includes sequence and structural-analysis data, candidate NAT-derived small RNA sequences, target prediction and Gene Ontology enrichment results, phylogenetic alignment data, and custom analysis scripts. It also contains processed results and scripts from the reanalysis of two independent publicly available small RNA sequencing datasets, NCBI SRA BioProjects PRJNA607881 and PRJNA1236841, used to investigate small RNA reads associated with the AT3G19002 NAT locus, including read abundance, read-length distribution, and strand-resolved mapping. Raw sequencing data are available from the NCBI Sequence Read Archive under the corresponding BioProject accession numbers and are not redistributed in this repository.
