智慧工厂数字孪生应用平台遵循以数字孪生、物联网、人工智能技术为基础，以可视化、智能化、网络化、集成化理念为目标，实现工厂业的园区、车间、生产流水线、设备的逐级可视。以生产数据为核心、业务为纽带，建设集生产制造管理、协同设计、企业资源管理、可视化决策分析、协同供应于一体的可视化平台，实现各个流程节点之间的数据和信息交互，并对生产过程的综合数据进行可视化的管理，构建工厂管理的监控、预警、诊断、分析一体化的3D可视化平台，形成产品制造“全生命周期、数据闭环、智能制造”的新模式。

The digital twin application platform for smart factories is built on digital twin, Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and targets the concepts of visualization, intelligence, networking and integration. It realizes hierarchical visualization of factory parks, workshops, production lines and equipment. Taking production data as the core and business as the link, it constructs a visualized platform integrating production manufacturing management, collaborative design, enterprise resource planning (ERP), visualized decision-making analysis and collaborative supply. The platform enables data and information interaction between various process nodes, carries out visualized management of comprehensive production process data, builds a 3D visualized platform integrating monitoring, early warning, diagnosis and analysis for factory management, and thus forms a new model of "full lifecycle, data closed-loop and intelligent manufacturing" for product manufacturing.
