Dataset three

For co-word analysis dataset three was prepared with top 1000 research outputs sorted using the ‘relevance’ feature of the WoS platform from the original dataset of 5755 records of AI Ethics literature within the period spanning from 1960 to 2024 (last search date: 9 June 2024). This option sorts the records in an order based on a ranking system that considers how many of the search terms are found in each record. Relevance ordering for source records takes into account the titles, abstracts and keywords of the research outputs which provides consistent results in co-word analysis, since such analysis also uses similar metadata features of the dataset.
