Genome-wide association study summary statistics for lifetime anxiety derived from a large-scale meta-analysis of the UK Biobank and All of Us cohorts in individuals of European ancestry. Sex-stratified GWAS were conducted in females (85,042 cases; 196,789 controls) and males (36,732 cases; 136,924 controls). Association testing was performed using logistic regression implemented in REGENIE, followed by inverse-variance weighted meta-analysis.
