Mutation Profiling and Haplotype Diversity in Conserved Motifs A, C, F, and G of SARS-CoV-2 nsp12: A Genomic Survey Relative to Wuhan-Hu-1 (Jan to Apr 2025, n = 3106)
收藏资源简介:
This dataset presents a genomic survey of conserved functional motifs A, C, F, and G in the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (nsp12) of SARS-CoV-2, based on 3106 global sequences collected between January to April 2025. The analysis compares all sequences to the Wuhan-Hu-1 reference genome to identify mutation trends and haplotype diversity across key RdRp domains. Key components: Mutation calling results per motif (A, C, F, G) Genotype matrix of 2626 unique haplotypes MDS plot visualizing haplotype relationships List of 287 high-frequency non-reference mutations (observed in ≥5 sequences) These findings provide insights into sequence variation in functionally important regions of the viral polymerase and may support future studies on evolutionary dynamics and drug resistance monitoring. All files are structured for reuse and reproducibility.
