Transcriptome analysis of transgenic common bean hairy root with stable overexpression of PvCLE16

Using a previously established transgenic hairy root system in the laboratory, transgenic common bean plants with stable overexpression of PvCLE16 in the roots were obtained. The positively transformed hairy roots of PvCLE16 transgenic plants and empty vector transgenic plants were selected for transcriptome sequencing and subsequent analysis.
