RNA sequencing of in vitro-cultured pea (Pisum sativum) embryos incubated with a TOR activator or inhibitor

RNA sequencing was performed to understand the relationship between TOR inhibition and ABA signalling in developing pea embryos. Developing pea embryos at early seed fill were isolated and incubated in vitro in TOR activating (Gln) or inactivating (AZD) conditions for 4 hours before total RNA was extracted.
