Isotope signature in methanogenic incubations

The goal of this study was to characterize the isotopic signature of methane bulk and clumped isotopes in sediment incubations amended with different methanogenic substrates. We show the link between isotope signature from specific methanogenic pathways and the methanogenic community composition and their change over time.
