Corynebacterium renale has veterinary and economic importance because it causes urinary tract infection in bovines. This bacterium is found in all the world, most of the reported cases belongs to United Kingdom, causing huge losses due the high cost treatment and lack of specifics diagnostic tests. In this work, we present the Corynebacterium renale genome sequence strain CIP 52.96 isolated from bovine.
