Because of the many factors that influence
the enterprise management, in order to improve the management level of
enterprises and explore the main factors that affect the management, this paper
finds that the management factors are directly affected by man and method
factors. At the same time, material factors directly affect method factors,
while environmental factors directly affect man factors. Moreover, material
factors and environmental factors are exogenous latent variables, and there is
a positive correlation between them. Further analysis found that the safety
staffing, operation rules and regulations and emergency rescue system are the
main target factors in the management factors, and other source factors are
people's safety awareness and safety protection, equipment safety guarantee and
safety investment, scheme approval and technical disclosure, and environmental
climate factors and geological conditions. The main innovation of this paper is
to put forward the management cause model of occupational health and safety
training for the first time. The results show that the management cause model
is helpful to distinguish the primary and secondary factors in the occupational
health and safety training of construction enterprises, and improve the
effectiveness of training management.
