SWICZ

Here we present the Swiss-Czech Proteomics Server (SWICZ), which hosts the proteomic database summarizing information about the cell cycle of the aquatic bacterium Caulobacter crescentus. SWICZ (pronounce 'switch') is a proteomics web server created by the Laboratory of Bioinformatics, Institute of Microbiology Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, Prague, and Division of Molecular Microbiology, Biozentrum, University of Basel.本研究介绍瑞士-捷克蛋白质组学服务器（Swiss-Czech Proteomics Server，SWICZ，发音为"switch"），该服务器搭载了汇总水生细菌新月柄杆菌（Caulobacter crescentus）细胞周期相关信息的蛋白质组学数据库。SWICZ 是由捷克科学院微生物研究所（布拉格）生物信息学实验室与巴塞尔大学生物中心（Biozentrum）分子微生物学分部联合开发的蛋白质组学Web服务器。
