There are a total of six active sludge samples. Sample 1 is the raw sludge from a wastewater treatment plant in Changchun City, Jilin Province. Sample 2 is the blank control group, which is the cultivated raw sludge. Sample 3 is the raw sludge after PLA was added and cultivated. Sample 4 is the raw sludge after PP was added and cultivated. Sample 5 is the raw sludge after PE was added and cultivated. Sample 6 is the raw sludge after PET was added and cultivated.
