The presence (1) or absence (0) of calcrete in or below the soil profile. Derived from McKenzie et al. (2000). Reported to be an under estimate for two reasons: some PPFs have a range of possible substrates including calcrete but it is misleading to record calcrete as present; many PPFs may overlie calcrete but this feature is not used as a criterion in classifying the soil type.
