Wind measurements - Around the Eterta

This dataset provides wind measurements recorded every 10 minutes for the Esserta perimeter, located in the canton of Fribourg. Collected as part of the mandate of the Grand Council for Cantonal Wind Planning, this data includes wind speed and direction, temperature, relative humidity at different heights, as well as wind production potential (wind-producible). This information is essential for energy planning and is made available in open access on the Open Government Data platform of the canton of Fribourg for the sake of transparency and access to information for all. The perimeter of the Eterta straddles the districts of Glâne, Veveyse and Gruyère.The UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) time serves as a global reference and does not change with the seasons.
