Value of dwelling transactions in Portugal Q1 2019-Q3 2023

Over the observed period, the value of dwelling transactions in Portugal fluctuated. The lowest value was recorded in the second quarter of 2020 at four million euros. In the second quarter of 2022, the price of housing .was the highest, at almost 8.3 million euros. Since then, it has decreased, reaching almost million euros in the third quarter of 2023.
