The Yihe-Luohe River is a first-order tributary of the lower reaches of the Yellow River. This dataset provides monthly average streamflow data from hydrological stations in the Yihe-Luohe River Basin. Specifically, it covers monthly average streamflow, annual runoff, annual runoff depth, annual runoff modulus, annual maximum streamflow and its occurrence time, as well as annual minimum streamflow and its occurrence time from 27 hydrological stations within the basin during 2002 to 2012. The units of the dataset are: monthly and annual average streamflow: m³/s; annual runoff: 10⁸ m³; annual runoff depth: mm; annual maximum and minimum streamflow: m³/s. This dataset was compiled based on the monthly and annual average streamflow comparison tables extracted from the annual *Hydrological Data of the Yellow River Basin* published by the Hydrological Bureau of the Ministry of Water Resources of the People's Republic of China.
