All diffusion coefficient values were normalized to the LF construct of αS at pH 7.4 due to challenges in calculating absolute diffusion coefficient values from our data. Values are reported as mean ± standard error. The errors in Rg and τR were propagated in determining the error in diffusion coefficients as discussed in the Materials and Methods section.
