SVZ tephra modelling results

This repository contains the results of the modelling of the 13 volcanoes in the Southern Volcanic Zone of the Andes identified as having experienced an eruption of VEI≥4 during the Holocene based on the Smithonian's Global Volcanism Program database (Siebert et al. 2011). The modelling was performed using TephraProb (Biass et al. 2014) on a global 2-km spaced grid covering the volcanoes of interest, from which subsets of grids for each volcanoes were extracted. Eruption scenarios are generic based on a VEI 4 eruption and uniformly applied to all volcanoes. This dataset is associated with the following doctoral dissertation: REYES HARDY, Maria-Paz.
