This project provides the genome assembly of H. polygyrus, a nematode that parasitises wild wood mice (Apodemus sylvaticus). The assembly is provided by the Wellcome Sanger Institute Nem@ToL project in collaboration with the Tree of Life programme Genome Engine teams.
