云南省昆明市五华区等-公共设施管理业-昆明市主城区过车记录数据

本数据资源为昆明市智慧停车信息平台的核心数据集合，涵盖昆明市主城区经营性停车场、路内临时停车的过车记录数据，数据包含停车场/路段、记录编号、泊位、车牌、出入场时间、停车时长、记录状态等的结构化数据。目前已联网接入全市经营性停车场2500余个、泊位近140万个。数据通过物联网设备与自动化系统采集，并已完成脱敏处理，主要服务于城市交通管理、停车资源调度、公众出行优化及行业监管决策等场景，有效支撑全市泊位利用率提升与智慧出行服务体系建设。

This dataset is the core data collection of the Kunming Smart Parking Information Platform, covering vehicle passing record data of commercial parking lots and on-street temporary parking areas in the main urban area of Kunming. The structured data includes fields such as parking lot/stretch, record ID, parking space, license plate number, entry and exit time, parking duration, and record status. Currently, it has been connected to over 2,500 commercial parking lots and nearly 1.4 million parking spaces across the city via the internet. The data is collected through IoT devices and automated systems, and has been fully desensitized. It mainly serves scenarios including urban traffic management, parking resource scheduling, public travel optimization, and industry supervision and decision-making, effectively supporting the improvement of the city-wide parking space utilization rate and the construction of a smart travel service system.
