Economically Active Qatari Population (15 Years & Above) by Occupation & Economic Activity

This dataset presents the annual number of economically active Qatari male nationals aged fifteen years and above, distributed by occupation and by the economic activity of the workplace. The data covers seven consecutive years, from 2017 to 2023.The data is classified along two dimensions: the economic activity of the workplace, which comprises 21 sectors based on the International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities, including Public Administration and Defence, Education, Human Health and Social Work, Financial and Insurance Activities, Manufacturing, Construction, Wholesale and Retail Trade, Transportation and Storage, Information and Communication, and Mining and Quarrying; and the occupation, which comprises 9 main groups based on the International Standard Classification of Occupations.Each value shows the number of Qatari male workers within the corresponding occupation and sector during the reference year. The data covers the economically active population, meaning those currently employed and those actively seeking work with prior work experience, and does not include individuals who have never worked before.
