This dataset contains the underlying and extended data supporting the article entitled “Analytical Workflow for FMC Portfolio Migration Decision Support System: Service Integration, Decomposition, and Managerial Rule Generation.” The Excel workbook provides calculation inputs, baseline and portfolio outcome demand, demand movement, cannibalization decomposition, migration-quality measures, business performance indicators, decision-zone logic, pricing-tuning data, product-attractiveness-tuning data, formula definitions, source mapping, and managerial rules across Big City, Mid City, and Small City archetypes. The migration-quality measures include the Strategic Internal Migration Ratio (SIMR), FMC Migration Contribution Ratio (FMCR), Destructive Cannibalization Ratio (DUCR), Potential External Leakage Ratio (PELR), and Feedback Tuning Priority Index (FTPI). The dataset contains aggregate and processed analytical data. No individual-level customer records or personally identifiable information are included.
