Hydrometeorological data are maintained by the Russian State Fund of Data on
condition of Environment. This dataset was created by RIHMI-WDC in 1991 and
contains data on sea level in coastal zone of interior and exterior seas of
the USSR. Data is currently stored on magnetic tape (800 bit/inch).
