车型、颜色、天窗等车辆属性在高速巡检执法、刑事侦查等场景具有重要意义,例如在某一时间段去寻找具有特定属性的车辆,在一些特定路段往往需要识别并阻拦指定类型的车辆(如重卡)。针对固定摄像头监控范围小、移动不便等问题,本团队开发了一种无人机视角车辆属性识别算法,可以在无人机航拍视角下精准地识别车型(轿车、SUV、巴士等)、颜色、天窗等关键属性,而且对车辆朝向、图像分辨率变化等因素具有较强的适应性。因此,该算法在高速巡检、城市道路监控等多个领域具有重要的应用价值。
Vehicle attributes including vehicle type, color, and sunroof hold significant importance in scenarios such as high-speed patrol law enforcement and criminal investigation. For example, when searching for vehicles with specific attributes within a certain time frame, it is frequently required to identify and block designated vehicle types (e.g., heavy-duty trucks) on specific road sections. Aiming to address the issues of limited monitoring range and poor mobility of fixed cameras, our team has developed a vehicle attribute recognition algorithm tailored for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) perspectives. This algorithm can accurately identify key attributes such as vehicle type (sedan, SUV, bus, etc.), color, and sunroof from UAV aerial footage, and exhibits strong adaptability to factors including vehicle orientation and variations in image resolution. Consequently, this algorithm possesses important application value across multiple domains including high-speed patrol and urban road monitoring.
