(A-D)Preoperative images showed osteolytic destruction of left temporal bone and skull base on CT scan, and the tumor was in long T1 signal and obvious enhanced after contrast on MRI. (E) Postoperative CT images on the day of the surgery showed tumor subtotal resection. (F) PET-CT of 3 months after operation showd abnormal FDG uptake in left temporal part. (G-L) HE staining showed mononuclear stromal cells, which were positive with KP1(CD68) and SMA, but negtive with EMA and S100. Ki-67 staining indicated proliferation rate was about 5% approximately. (M-O)Postoprative 3-years MRI images demonstrated no development of tumor after radiotherapy.
