The file "soure image" consists of 240 spore images, in which the number of spores is a few or a dozen.
The file "label image" is composed of 240 labeled images.
The file "G_Otsu" is the segmeted results with our "G_Otsu".
File "g_signed_log_gmm_levelset" is the results after contour evalution with GLGM driven Level set.
The purpose of our study is to compute the proportion of spores area to the total area and calculate the number of spores, which is of great significance to the precision agriculture.
