Data set of nitrogen mineralization in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of different sugar beet varieties in cold black soil of Hulan District, Heilongjiang Province, China in 2021

This experiment used the intermittent leaching method of soil nitrogen mineralization flooding cultivation to study the rhizosphere and non rhizosphere soils of different nutritional growth stages of sugar beets. Leaching was carried out on days 3, 7, 14, 21, 28, 42, 70, 100, and 142, and the mineralization nitrogen content in the leaching solution was measured using flow analyzers (FIA, FOSS Tecator) and spectrophotometers. Integrate the obtained raw data using Excel 2021 and perform fitting calculations using a single level index model Nt=No (1-e-kt). IBM SPSS 27.0 and Origin 2021 are used for plotting and significance analysis.
