A synthetic access-log dataset generator for Behaviour-Policy Hybrid Access Control (BPHAC) research in human-robot collaborative manufacturing. Simulates a virtual factory of robots, humans, and safety PLCs requesting access to zones and resources, producing a fully-labeled access-control log suitable for training and evaluating behavior-based anomaly detectors — including attacks (A1-A7) that are, by construction, invisible to simple role-based access checks.
