Purpose: Circular RNA sequencing was used to find out differentially expressed CircRNAs between chodrocytes treated with or without cholesterol.Methods:chondrocyte CircRNAs profiles of cholesterol (10ug/ml) treated samples. Overall design: We treated chondrocytes cell line C28/I2 cells with cholesterol for 48 hours. All last, the negative control (ctrl) samples and cholesterol treated Ch) samples were collected.
