RNA-seq of primary tumor-derived human gastric cancer stem cells (GCSCs) and differentiated cells (GCSCs treated with serum)

We performed RNA-seq analysis of human gastric cancer stem cell treated with or without serum to analyze the differentially expressed genes between GCSCs and differentiated cells, and find the potential key factors in GCSCs. Overall design: Fresh isolated, primary tumor-derived GCSC cells were cultured with or without serum for 6 days, and then were collected for TRIzol lysed for RNA extraction. 6 RNAseq samples across 2 conditions:SP (sphere, without serum) (n=3) and AD (adhering, with serum) (n=3)
