资源简介:
The proliferation of microorganisms in the water supply pipe network can result in "secondary pollution" to the quality of drinking water. These microorganisms are primarily distributed in three phases: the drinking water phase, loose sediment phase, and biofilm phase. Understanding bacteria in these three phases of the pipeline network is essential for ensuring the safety of drinking water. In-situ reactor setups were employed to simulate actual pipeline conditions to study the characteristics of bacterial communities (abundance, activity, community composition) in these three phases and the effectiveness of pipeline flushing.
