Difference of gene expression in Malpighian tubules (MTs) betweeen control, "yki3SA" tumor, and "yki3SA+ITP-i" tumor-bearing flies

To investigate the function of malpighian tubule in tumor-induced host wasting, we established a wasting model in fly by activation of Yki in adult midgut ISCs, in which the host flies present the sysytmeic organ wasting and metabolic abnormalities. Overall design: We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of Malpighian tubules of control , "yki3SA" tumor, and "yki3SA+ITP-i" tumor-bearing flies . Comparative species composition and diversity analysis,gene expression profiling analysis of meta-seq data for control and yki3SA tumor-bearing flies.
