To provide a new treatment strategy for patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), we investigated the therapeutic effect and mechanism of chidamide combined with cytarabine in AML. Overall design: RNA-seq was performed after 24 h of treatment of MV4-11 cells with chidamide and cytarabine alone or in combination, and the obtained data were analyzed for gene expression profiling.
